Employer Engagement

Recruit Better. Hire Better. Engineer Better.

BRANDING THROUGH ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
At the GW School of Engineering & Applied Sciences (SEAS) Graduate Career Services, we believe active and ongoing employer engagement is the best way to build your talent pipeline. The most effective recruiting efforts are year long and contribute to the overall student development. By keeping an active profile, you will not only build a relationship with our students, but they will have an affinity for your employer brand, thus cultivating potential employees and consumers.
We have listed just a few of our employer engagement opportunities below however, we are always open to trying new ideas. Additionally, while we may suggest an active recruiting presence, we understand that your schedule or distance may be a limitation. To address this challenge, we would be more than glad to help you strategize ways to maintain visibility at SEAS.
If you are an employer  interested in participating in any of the following activities please contact us at SEASCareersatgwu [dot] edu or 202-417-6970 and we will respond to you as soon as possible. We also  kindly ask that you also review our Employer Policies and Procedures tab on this site.
