Graduate Programs

The GW School of Engineering & Applied Science offers master's, doctoral, and certificate programs in a variety of engineering and computer science disciplines.

Master's Programs

Our master's program require 30–33 credit hours and are available for both full-time and part-time study. Students build advanced knowledge and specialized expertise in their chosen field, while preparing for careers in industry, government, research, or further studies at the doctoral level.

  

Doctoral Programs

Our doctoral programs offer advanced, research-intensive training designed to prepare students for leadership roles in academia, industry, and government. Supported by direct faculty mentorship, students collaborate on breakthrough innovations in their field. 
 

  

Certificate Programs

Ideal for working professionals or those who simply want to acquire additional skills beyond their undergraduate education, each certificate is comprised of 4-6 courses offered in the evening. Upon successful completion of a certificate, credits may be transferred to a Master's program.
